Not able to activate the plugin

  • Hello,

    When trying to activate the plugin it doesn’ work.
    I get the following message:
    The plugin could not be activated, as it triggered a fatal error.

  • If you activate the download monitor plugin first then do the EBD plugin they will both be activated. (Solution is verified)

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear you are having trouble. Make sure Download Monitor and the CF7 plugin are both activated. If you provide the following it would be easier to look into this issue:

    1. Shortcode and a URL showing the WordPress Download Monitor working successfully
    2. Shortcode and a URL showing the Contact Form 7 working successfully
    3. Shortcode and a URL showing the Email Before Download failing
