Not Able To Activation

After being told to uninstall Realy Simple CAPTCHA I was then told to re-install it on my Contact 7 WordPress site. I did notice that it didn’t really leave the site as it still appeared in the options for contact 7 but I tried to install it only to be told it couldn’t create a flolder. In the end I downloaded the plug in and placed it into the plugins folder but even then it would not show up as something to activate.

Bit lost here, do you have a list of files I need to remove and change so that I can try it again maybe or know what the problem that is stopping me activating it again.

Any help would be great.
