    Hi @mtoqeer

if you’re using Gutenberg you can format the answer as you want.

If you’re using Single FAQ in the TinyMCE to conquer the AnswerBox in the SERPs you can also format the answer between the opening and closing shortcode.

If your’re using Multi FAQ in the TinyMCE then you reach the limits of the TinyMCE. Because the answers need to be in one shortcode you can’t make use of HTML – the TinyMCE will delete the special characters < ” > within the answer area of the shortcode.

We’re sorry but this a limitation of the TinyMCE/Shortcode itself. Switch to Gutenberg ??

    Hope that helps ?? Greetings

    Hello Gorbo,
I tried to solve that problem by adding multiple single FAQ to the same site but the Google Structured Data Tool is showing an error that this is not allowed to have multiple Single FAQ on the same site.

Is there a way to use multiple Single FAQ on the same site without forcing the Google Structured Data Tool to come up with an error?

    Best regards,
    Tobias

    Hi @gorbo,

I used your suggestion to solve, switching to Gutenberg, but didn’t work for me.
    The answer is hidden.

    Could you please help?

    Hi @crisgiada ,

you can only use one shortcode of both:

    – either SingleFAQ
    – or MultiFAQ

If you use both, Google will grumble because the Schema has been declared twice. This is a special feature of the FAQ JSON.

    Greetings

    Hi, gorbo,
    Thank you for your answer
May be I was not clear, I do uso just one ( SingleFAQ or MultiFAQ).
On adding a link when I write the answer, the answer is not more visible on front end.

Can you please tell me if is not provided to use link there?
    Greetings
