    Hi there,

    Everytime i try to add my API code, it still says that its not connected.

    Hi @jayxcamps,

    Sometimes a server can have issues talking to the MailChimp authentication API; the best way to remedy this is to wait a little bit. It’s been 12 hours since you submitted this ticket – have you tried again within the last 12 hours?

    Did you give it another try? Another user had the same problem the same time you did and it is now working for them. It may have been a temporary server connection issue.
