Not able to add new themes or plugins

  • Hi,

    I am using 4.2.2 and tried to add a new theme. It keeps saying

    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    It is happening with all my websites Sub domains as well.

    It is showing me 2013/2014/2015 themes only .

    Please help at earliest.
