Not able to add to my recipient lis

  • I am trying to add to my recipient list and have this message

    The creation of the recipients list has already started.

    Check this flag to delete the existing list and save new recipients now.

    I have checked the flag and have updated but it keeps showing the same list and will not let me add anyone.

    Hi, I’ve tried the steps and it has worked as expected.
    After you check the flag and save newsletter, be sure to reload the newsletter list page before click the create button.
