Not able to change field after update

  • Hi,

    On my home page I have a field where I use to “add any content”. On this field I had a video in which I update every week. My wp version was 4.4.4 and about a week ago I update to 4.6 including the editor.
    My theme is soul-medic and it was working all fine. But after this update I am no longer capable of changing the video inside that field.

    Everything else seem to work fine, just this field which comes out blank to me. I know the code is there because I see the video on my site, just can access. Nor or the editor, nor on the code side. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

    Hi @aussel I’m not associated with this plugin ord benjaminprojas but can you try some temporary steps? First up, let’s see if you can move this plugin to get access to your site again.

    1. Using FTP or whatever file management tools your host has provided you with navigate to the wp-content/plugins directory.
    2. Once there locate and delete the wp-editor directory. Just that one directory and nothing else.
    3. Try and re-login to your WordPress dashboard.

    If this works then you can re-download this plugin again if you need to. Please let me know if that sorts it out for you and we can try something else.
