Not able to change the header picture

You can change it from theme Header image settings as shown in the following screenshots.

This is not working.
It’s what I’ve done.

It should work.

Please make sure you are using latest version of theme.

This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

I am with the version 3.0.4

And the same I’va already try deactivating the plugins (they are still deactivated) and nothing ?

When I try to change my header I’ve this message (in French) :

I really don’t understand and I’m sure this is just a little thing to see but I can’t find it.

It seems I’m not doing well.
I steel have the error message, the header picture is in my library even if the message say the opposite but I can’t use it.
And even if I want to add a theme I have the same message.

Have you tried using the solutions shared in the above shared pages?

If it doesn’t help you then please contact your web host to know where they imposed any restrictions on it.

Now it’s ok, I had a facebook box option that locked everything.
