Not able to click Create Badge

  • Hello, iam having the same issue on two separate websites with the plugin in free version.

    After i install and activate the plugin i go to YITH -> Badge Management i can see the button Create Badge but iam not able to click it. It is like the button is not responsive.

    iam able to go to the plugin General settings window and even enable/disable the settings. It is just the Create badge button not working.

    I have the same problem on two separate websites/domains.

    Hi there,

    I hope you’re doing well.

    In this case, it’s possible there is a conflict with another plugin, so I suggest you try disabling all the plugins except for WooCommerce and our plugin, and then check if the issue is solved.

    If it’s solved, then you can try enabling the other plugins, one by one, until you find the one causing the issue.

    We’ll remain at your disposal.

    Did this get resolved I am having the same issue.

    Do you have specifics of which plugin it conflicted with or able to provide a list of possible conflicting plugins ?

    If I upgrade to premium version would I experience the same problems ?

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    We don’t have any list about plugins that can create compatibility issues. For this reason, my colleague Facundo suggested to make a test only with WooCommerce and our plugin enabled in order to see it.

    From here we cannot do test directly on your site, so we can suggest only to do these steps.

    If you have the premium version, I suggest you to contact us directly on our site.
