    HI,

    We have configured WP MAIL SMTP with below settings

    smtp-mail.outlook.com
Encryption  TLS

SMTP Port 587
Authentication  ON

    Also tried smtp.office365.com

    Both are not working.

WordPress: 5.9.3
WordPress MS: No
PHP: 7.4.26
WP Mail SMTP: 2.5.2

Constants: No

Apache.mod_security: No

Debug:

    Hi @nandugan,

    Thanks for reaching out! Upon inspecting your error log, I see the following message.

    Failed to connect to server: Network is unreachable

    Most probably your server’s Firewall or ModSecurity rules are blocking your SMTP connection requests. Could you please get in touch with your hosting support with the error log and they should be able to assist you accordingly.
