Not able to connect to account because cookies

I’m getting this message on every browser I try to use now.I deactivated this plugin a while ago and now when I’m trying to connect it back to my account I get this message every time. In tried clearing cache and deactivating/ deleting plugin then reinstalling with no luck.Also my browser says it allows cookies.
