    Hello jrnewell805,

Issues like this could be due to an outdated version of “CURL” on your server. Can you please check with your host which version of CURL, they have installed and if it’s less than 7.30, can you please ask them to upgrade?

    I have the same ;(

how can I check the cURL?
The forms work in my another website on the same server

    Hello simonkibalo,

I would request you to please create a separate forum post in future so it’s easier to communicate with you without the original post creator getting email notifications.

About CURL, you would need to contact your web host and ask them the version. Secondly I would also recommend creating another API key and trying it out.

I don’t think it’s an issue with CURL, since I have other sites on the same server using the plug-in with no problem. I did try uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin several times as well as trying new API keys. Still no luck ?? Thanks.

    Hello jrnewell805,

To test this, can I request you one thing. For the old website which is working on the same server, can you please create a new API key and try it and see if that works. You can also try adding the new API key created for new site to the existing site which worked properly.

Keys created in the past were on old servers of MailChimp.com and they work well. But all keys created now are hosted on their newer servers which require latest version of CURL.
