Not able to connect website to annual subscription

Hi there,
My client purchased an annual subscription to Jetpack Backup (10GB) on her WordPress.com account. I logged in and connected the website to her account, but it didn’t pick up that it had a license and only let me pick the “free” plan. Now I’m not able to figure out how to select the purchased license to connect with the website. I’ve clicked on “My Plan”, it says Jetpack Free. When I click on “Plans”, it redirects me to the pricing page to select a plan to purchase. The license has already been purchased. I can see it in the billing history, but I have no way of connecting it to the site.
