Not able to do a backup

    Have you tried the newest version of the plugin? This is technically a warning – it says that the plugin tried to access the Unix Zip command but permission was denied. This is one of the commands the plugin uses to compress the files in a backup. We have a fallback method that is supposed to work. Newer updates have been working for many people who have the same problem?

    Hi there,

    for me its not creating a backup anymore. It is running somehow .. looks like a search for files and database files…. but after 20 secs running its just ending without any zip file. It just stops. :-/

    I tried it about 15 times now.
