Not able to download the .wpress file

    Hi ,
    I just export the my site , and its showing the exported file on wordpress UI,
    but when i m trying download it , download button is disable & message is showing “downloading is not possible because backup directory is not accessible”,
    then i checked the in /opt/bitnami/wordpress/wp-content/ai1wm-backups location , backup is also not available in this location as well.
    How to get my backup files ?

    Your post is 2 months ago, but no one replied. Do you have a solution at this moment ?

    I have disabled all my security plugins and tried an export and download.
    Again I got the same error :
    downloading is not possible because backup directory is not accessible

    In FTP I saw the .wpress file was to small too be correct, but it had been written in the correct directory : /public_html/wp-content/ai1wm-backups with 0755 directory permission and 0644 file permission

    Does anyone have a solution ?
