Wondering if there was a solution for this yet? Mine is a brand-new installation of WordPress v5.8.2 as well as the plugin v1.3.13.
I created three tables just fine (I chose this plugin because of it’s ease of use) but if I go back to a saved table, I cannot edit those text boxes in a cell at all. I’ve tried double-clicking etc, but it seems to keep focus on scrolling the table, rather than actually opening the edit box for the text. I tried a default vanilla MS Edge browser too.
What I’ve had to do is copy the text for the cell to an editor, delete that cell’s text element, create a new text element in the cell, and paste the text in, then I can edit it. It is a pain though as I have to reformat the text and add my links again.
PS: Something odd I just noticed. The text elements that I recreated today, can still be edited fine an hour later after being saved. The problem appears to be with the elements saved from the day before (or earlier). It’s like they get locked down the following day in some way.
