Not able to edit welcome emails

Hi Team,

I am trying to edit the mails that are sent to both affiliates and administrator when anyone signs up as an affiliate, with the help of a plugin called SB Welcome Email Editor. After making and saving all the changes I ran a test from WordPress dashboard only which worked perfectly well i.e incorporating all my changes in the welcome email for both the parties.

But later, when I tried signing up as an affiliate…instead of sending the changed template, it sent the default one! Could you please tell me how could I solve this? I need to make some customisations in the welcome email for both affiliates and site administrator.
