Not able to edit WooCommerce translations

On the language list there are two german versions (formal & informal) which is strange because there is only one translation file for german.

When I try to scan them I get the following error:

You do not have the permission to read the file ‘(…)/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/languages/informal/woocommerce-de_DE.po’.

That path isn’t even correct. It should be:

/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/i18n/languages/woocommerce-de_DE.po

I get this problem in several projects and even tried locally with a fresh installation with only WP + WC + CSL, also same error.

I’m using latest WP, WC and CSL
