Not able to enter recurring events

Also I can submit a recurring event when I am logged in as admin to wordpress and view the site like a user?? Help???

we can’t go in and set it up for you, but we can try to help walk you through it. have you checked that your users can edit_recurring_events in your

events > settings > general > user capabilities

I deactivated all plugins and tried it and it didnt work. I also changed the theme to Twenty Eleven and tried it and it didnt work.

also, I allowed anonymous event submissions? This is also enabled.

I just tested submitting a recurring event and seems to be working; is the problem when submitting another one and while logged in?
