Not able to filter block with a particular category

    I have created this page https://pdwire.com/dredging/.

    Now I wish to have latest posts of the “Dredging category” being displayed here.

    I have chosen the “Latest Posts” widget in wordpress. However when I attempt to filter the block with category “Dredging”, it gives me the following error.

    Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.

    I am facing the same problem with my other pages as well. Such as https://pdwire.com/blogs/. Here I wish only latest posts with category “Blog”. But here too it gives me the same error.

    Please help identify the problem and suggest a solution
