Not able to get rid of MetaSlider

  • Hello. I bought Vantage Premium and I’m really satisfied with everything so far.
    My only question is about the MetaSlider.
    I disabled and uninstalled the MetaSlider plugin.
    When you go to my webpage https://www.turunda.me/ then you are still able to see the MetaSlider with Vantage advertisement.
    How can I get rid of it?

  • As I said already, your site is not accessible – what’s going on with that?

    BTW, why are you using an old version of WP?

    Site is accessible for me from different platforms and with different connections – so this problem is probably your sided.
    I’m using 3.7.1 Version of the WP.

    You should update WP to 3.8.

    Yes, Starbucks WiFi seems to be messing up that connection as I get it on my phone via 4G but can’t do much to troubleshoot there. Have you tried clearing any caching on your site?

    Until you can figure out why it is not uninstalling you can always hide it via css for now:

    #main-slider {
    display: none;
    }

    BTW this slider seems to be flexslider not MetaSlider – incase that is the issue
