Not able to get the plugin to work

Sorry, but you still need to input the required checkout details. The same user could want to make an order with order billing or shipping data.

This plugin does not load the user details into the checkout, it only associates the order with an existing client or creates a new one if the email doesn’t exist on the users’ database yet.

I wouldn’t say this is resolved, and not really pleased that’s what the plugin does.

This was set as resolved because the plugin does work as advertised. You’re trying to use it in a way it wasn’t designed to be used and stating that it doesn’t work because of that.

We’ll consider your ticket a feature request but the title and the conclusion you just published is just not fair.

If you’re not pleased with what this free plugin offers, there are literally thousands of free and paid WordPress plugins out there which you can investigate. Another option is to contribute back to the community by sponsoring the development of the feature you need on this plugin.
