Not Able to Import .csv files in WP Autoresponder And Newsletter Plugin

Can we import .csv file in WP Autoresponder and Newsletter Plugin?
When I trying to import .csv file it gives an error “You must select the columns corresponding to the name AND email addresses. Both haven’t been selected.”
Please help me how can we resolve it?
