Not able to import – “Incorrect Data”

Hello! Love this plugin, used it once, but having an issue.

I have this setup on another site. I loaded the plugin, hit the “export” button on the first site (and I’ll tell you, most of the time it does NOTHING when hitting export) and when it finally shows the code, I copy it, go to the new 2nd site, paste in the code, and I get a big red bar that says “Incorrect Data”. I have tried this for 3 days. No luck. Is there something I”m missing? This seems to be something super easy and it’s just not happening.
