not able to install anything in wordpress

  • I am shown with this error.
    “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

    right now i have ticked one thing with the permalinks by going into apache -> apache modules -> rewrite_module. I am not able to install any plugin or theme or anything and even its not getting uploaded. Should i re-install the wordpress or its problem with my localhost (wamp server).

  • This error could show up for many reasons. Ignoring the host server for now, check your URL in Settings > General.

    Fill it if its blank.

    thanks hostpuma, sorry but my url already has the address of the site “https://localhost/mysitedemo”. Down to the scroll it shows this error

    What could be done to resolve this?
