Not able to install theme anymore

1. I installed 2.8.4
2. Installed a theme using wordpress install
3. Trying to install 2nd or 3rd theme it stays at following stepDownloading install package from https://www.ads-software.com/extend/themes/download/atahualpa.3.4.4.zip.
4. server is linux server where it has created a 0 kb file atahualpa.3.4.4.zip
what is the problem?
