Not able to log in any way suggested

I am having problems loggin in. My provider switched the account to the cloud, installed WP and they tested it. They can log into WP. I have changed the password many times but that is not the answer. I am using Windows 7, have cleared my cache, tested it on Explorer and Chrome. I have tried using my login name and theengineinstitute/wordpress.com/wp-login/. I have also tried going to https://theengineinstitute/wordpress.com/wp-login.php and got this error message: Apologies, but the page you requested could not be found. Perhaps searching will help.
What can be done?
