Not able to login

    Im not able to login using /wp-admin, it redirects me to the same login page. Even when i enter wrong credentials no errors are shown. I tried basic troubleshooting like disabling themes & plugins , clearing cookies.

    Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Digital Ocean. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your issue.
