It it is hacked, would the cable co. still be able to access & pull up my site?

This is what is triggering the site check. https://stats.hosting24.com/count.php so it may be a false alert.

Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

@esmi I tried your suggestion and pretty much reloaded everything. Has been working fine since, but every now and then I get this message:
This webpage is not available
The connection to jbchurch.net63.net was interrupted.

You would need to check with your host. An interrupted connection would not be a wp problem.

Maybe I have not been clear. The issue of not being able to log in to WP has been resolved. I have come to the conclusion that the reason I could not access my site via my computer, but others can elsewhere, is because there is a firewall within my router. Sometimes I can access, sometimes I can’t. I can pull up the site this morning! I just need to figure out how to lower the firewall or I’ll have to plug through ethernet everytime. I currently work via my laptop wirelessly.
