    Hi @yashjoshi27

We don’t recommend using Wordfence on IIS as outlined here under Operating System:

    https://www.wordfence.com/help/advanced/system-requirements/

It appears that you have deleted the Wordfence directory below:

    ~/wp-content/plugins/wordfence

You can install the Wordfence Assistant plugin:

    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wordfence-assistant/

Now press the button Delete all Wordfence Data and Tables.

    Hi @yashjoshi27

    Thank you for the update.

When you said, “I tried deleting the wordfence plugin but than its throwing lots of error” – that implied to me that you successfully deleted the Wordfence plugin directory and errors were being generated for some other reason. If you are unable to delete the Wordfence plugin directory then you will need to ask your hosting provider for assistance.

Once that is fixed and the Wordfence plugin directory has been deleted, then based on your description, you should be able to login to install the Wordfence Assistant plugin. Then you can use my prior instructions to be able to delete Wordfence firewall files and all Wordfence database tables.
