Not able to login to admin

I have installed All In One WP Security in my wordpress website upon activating aiows plugin it was showing like “Session Timeout” When I am trying to login again to wp-admin
it showing “Invalid Login Credentials” so I have disabled aiows folder through ftp so it started working.

I need to activate “AIOWS” and need to logging admin as well

Please help me to resolve this issue

I tried AIOWS reset setting plugin too I have installed this plugin but when I go to settings page its shows “Sorry could not load this page”
