Not able to pick a widget

  • Hello,

    I have installed and activated the Pure Chat plugin in my wordpress site. Now when I go to Pure Chat page in WP Admin, and click on Pick a widget button then I get following message “Publish your website to make Pure Chat available” and the pure chat widget is not added to my site. Any ideas what actions do I need to perform in order to make the pure chat widget available on all pages of my wordpress site?

  • I have the same problem, have you found a solution or anyone else?

    Had the same issue.

    I had to uninstall the plugin. Go to the wordpress plugin page for purechat, download it, then upload the zipped file to the wordpress site. It worked this way after I used this method.
