Not able to see data in fields after upload

Hi

I have a problem with WP all import. I have a woocommerce website where i need to import all data of cars. Here i am able to successfully import the data but when i try to see that car or data on my backend and front end only title is appearing . Nothing is appearing under the custom field. I checked the database ,here as well i am not able to view any data under wp_postmeta table. i am totally confused because i tried all ways to solve this but nothing is working.And my all fields are detecting perfectly under custom field option in settings. Please help me to solve this.Currently i am using the free version.
