Not able to see my self hosted feed on wordpress reader!

    Hi,
    I have moved my wordress.com site to self-hosted. Imported all followers and posts. However, my followers are not able to see my feed from their WordPress reader. They are able to see the site but no feed or posts show up. I saw a couple of people with similar issue posted here and support people rectified it. Can you please help me too?
