Not able to Select Stars in one site

    i LOVE this plugin, so thanks for building it. On one of my domains, even though the YASR option is in the posts/pages – the stars aren’t there for me to click on.

    The stars DO still show up on old posts, but for some reason – I can’t choose the rating now within the posts section on WP

    It just says “Rate this article/Item” and the stars aren’t there for me to click on, like they are with other sites.

    Hi, thank you for using Yasr.

    Are you using gutenberg or classic editor?

    Can you please try to open the edit screen with browser console enabled and let me know if some error shows up?

    Hey Dudo, classic editor – though i did try with guttenberg and got nothing

    I need to figure out how to launch browser console, and my wifes bugging me so we have to leave – i’ll get back in a couple hours – thank you VERY much for the quick response!

    This the error you’re looking for? I get this in console, in chrome

    This error should be irrilevant.
    Does the installation have some plugins that you have not in the others?

    Can you please try to disable all your other plugins 1 by 1?

    I actually tried disabling most of them, except for a few critical ones that i’d have to reconfigure – still wasn’t working.

    It works fine on my other sites on the same server, my plugin/theme config is SIMILIAR to the other ones. I’ll see if I can remove a few others

    Quite strange – if you want to log in and look yourself, you can message me back on FB and i’ll create a temp acct for you.

    Regardless, thank you very much for your help – I Tell eveyrbody on my webinars about this plugin, this is the FIRST issue i’ve ever had with it.

    Yeah, I just tried a few of the unique ones that my other sites don’t have, and it’s still not loading the stars within the posts/pages – strange

    Resolved, was a caching problem
