Not able to shift my account form demo to live

    Hi,

    I have two questions-

    Ques => 1. I have a Live site ( https://www.totalatlantarealty.com/ ), that has FMLS selected Myscrol, but now I have redesigned my site using WordPress and purchased the ( Optima Express ) plugin.

    a> I changed the FMLS to iHomefinder and put the Registration key of ( Optima Express ) in the WordPress.

    b> But even though I changed the Registration key, still Demo Account is only working and its not changing to Paid version. Which I think is wired.

    c> In the ( Optima Express ) control panel => setup, there is no Listing, I can only see demo listings. I am not able to see/select my (FMLS) in the control panel.

    c> Do you think that I am missing something? If yes then please suggest me.

    Ques => 2. What are the things that I need to take care before live and after live any suggestions. Any configuration that you can suggest.

    As I am going to make my new site Live, so Please suggest the problem of Question1 ASAP.

    Hello,

    After you have registered the Optima Express plugin, if your MLS board paper work is approved and your account is activated, you should no longer see demo on the site. Your featured listings are determined by your agent code, which you can add in the Control Panel > Setup > Account > MLS Setup.

    Can you email your client ID and/or the URL of your IDX search page to [email protected], and we would happy to check your site and status of your account details for you.
