Not able to translate the plugin and url base slugs

  • I made a copy of namaste.pot (in namaste-lms folder) and renamed it as namaste.po and then I used Poedit to translate it into Albanian langauge some of the string, i.e. titles for Courses, Lessons and URL base slugs. and I got 2 files, namaste-sq_AL.po and namaste-sq_AL.mo, but no translation happens at all. And I refreshed the Permalinks at WP Settings. The WP language set is Albanian “sq_AL”.

    What am I missing here?

    (p.s. I would to translate the whole plugin to Albanian language, but first I need to make sure it works, especially with URL base slugs translated.

    I searched a lot and it seems that WordPress won’t use the translated URL slugs. To the best of my knowledge translating them is impossible with a default installation and the problem is not in the plugin.
    If someone knows some way, I would love to hear it.
