not able to trigger woocommerce notification mails on online payments

    using this plugin.
    i am not able to trigger woocommerce notification mails on online payments
    even the order status shows payment pending in woocommerce , when payment is successful on ccavenue dashboard .,,can you help ..
    even the return page shows 404 error .
