Not able to upload a new theme in 4.0.

  • Hi,

    I have installed a fresh WP version 4.0. and can not upload a new theme?
    The three standard themes are there but if I click on ” upload new theme” no option to search for or upload a theme to WP?

    Has anybody else encountered this issue?
