not able to use setting

    Hi
    after latest update, I am not able to use a setting or any other tab from the admin panel. Seems like the latest WordPress integration is not smooth. only All review tab is working properly
    Can you please check?

    It is working fine for me with the latest WordPress 5.5 on a live server which leads me to believe your problem may not be directly related to Site Reviews (perhaps a conflict with another plugin).

    Please post a screenshot of the problem.

    Not able to access anything under “settings” tab and other tabs also.

    The tabs are controlled with JavaScript, so it’s likely that either another plugin is loading a script before the Site Reviews JavaScript has loaded which is either throwing an error (causing scripts loading after it to stop working i.e. Site Reviews), or is conflicting with Site Reviews.

    There are a couple things you can do to track this down.

    1. Open the browser web inspector (if you are not sure what this is, please google it) and see if there are any JavaScript errors being thrown in the console. Sometimes this will point you to the plugin that is the culprit.

    2. Perform the “basic troubleshoot steps” on the Site Reviews help page (I.e. deactivate all plugins except for site reviews then test, then reactivate them one by one, testing each time, until you find the culprit.

    Conflict was coming from Live visitor counter.
