NOt able to use the plugin

  • I am using your plugin. on Virginia theme.

    my requirement.

    I am able to display some product for TEXAS users and some for louisiana users.

    Attached is the screenshot of the setting i have done.. When I am testing it is not hiding the product i want it to hide for texas user.

    Please help as I know i must be doing some very basic mistake.
