Not Accept Any Of My Info To Login In?

    I have not used my blog for a few months as cannot login, had this problem before and can’t remember how but managed to get new username and password and was ok, now I can’t remember which password, username should be using, have tried both but not accept either and even says not recognise my email address, what do I do as really frustrating and need to write some blogs?

    Is it the link you posted above, it seems too complicated,knowing me I will probably muck it all up and loose information, as have achieved that before.
    I am sure last time I was just sent a new password and username, so how do I do that?
    How do you get hold of administrators to look into this problem for me?

    That’s easy! Look in the mirror. It’s your blog, YOU are the administrator.

    Unless you are using WordPress.COM (this is the support site for www.ads-software.com software) it’s all on you. No one here can access your blog for you.
