I’ve installed the SSL Zen plugin and am trying to follow this procedure:
    https://really-simple-ssl.com/knowledge-base/installing-an-ssl-certificate/

When I get to the first page of the plugin, and put in the requested cpanel username and password, I continually get:

    Not Acceptable!
An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

I’ve double checked my credentials. Any suggestions? Thank you

    Hello drjenk1,

Please ask your hosting provider to disable Mod_Security. Deactivate and Activate the plugin and set up the plugin once again. If the issue still persists, send us a message from within the plugin with the details.
