When a visitor sees the cookie notification then:
    1) if he select the Accept button, then all cookies are enabled.
    2) if he select the settings link, then he sees the cookies on each tab disabled. The text on button below is = Enable all. There is no Disable all button. Then he closes the popup and, he selects Accept to hide the notification. Again all cookies stay enabled with this option.

To disable all cookies the user needs to select Accept, then click the floating button and then disable all cookies and save.

Is there a bug, have I done something wrong?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Excactly what I also asked about recently without getting an answer…. ??

IF you check your site (in Firefox/Firebug) AFTER having disabled the cookies and saved your settings – you will realize that all cookies STILL shows up. They are NOT disabled – they shows up as cookies in IFrefox/Firebug.

If I do not hit accept button no cookies are loaded, but if I hit accept button – all cookies are enabled – even if I afterwards disables all cookies they show up…

There should ba a disable button and an accept button from the beginning…

This plugin looks so promising and is the best free plugin for GDPR as far as I now, but it lacks these features…

agree. It should have at least a disable all from the start at the popup and when the user selects it the bottom cookie notification should also disappear

    Hi there,

Thanks for your comments on this, unfortunately this is not possible, as to hide the info bar, we have to save a cookie, this means at least the strict necessary cookies should be enabled by the user. If all the cookies are disabled in the popup, the cookies expiration will be set to a past date (this is how we can remove the cookies from browser) and once you close the browser and re-open it the cookies should be removed.

    I hope this helps.
