Not accurate description

It was listed under one-column, custom everything, and many other features. I was unable to create a site with no sidebar, though, in spite of a layout selection that looked like that. The “header” goes where a “logo” goes – not my idea of a true header image area; it accepted my image and then sized it to its default rather than using it as I wanted it. Nowhere near what I expected.
