I think that you have an old version of PHP.
Have a look https://www.ads-software.com/about/requirements/ you should have PHP 7 – at least PHP 5.6

Let me know if you can update your PHP and if the issue is fixed.

usually, you can change your PHP version.

The min req version is 5.6.

I was able to update php7.
Pluguin tivo.
