Not adding product to widget and checkout page

I’m working on a site and I’m having trouble getting the plugin to work.
https://www.tedherteg.com/pogwe/wordpress/Seems like the product is not sending the information to the checkout page. there for I cant get it to add the items to the cart. Anyone have this issue or see where I went wrong?
