Not adding suscribers to Mailpoet lists

  • Hi,

    I’ve using Gravity Forms + Mailpoet 3 + your plugin for a while.
    Recently I found that no more suscribers are added to any of the Mailpoet 3 lists, since 2018-08-28. Just the day of Mailpoet 3.9 update.

    Fixed: replaced WooCommerce image in welcome wizard;
    Fixed: swapped video in welcome wizard with an updated one;
    Fixed: welcome wizard button displays properly for all users;
    Fixed: permission error when bypassing data import after new install or reset;
    Fixed: added indexes to some foreign keys which were missing;
    Fixed: error displaying number of exported users;
    Fixed: export search function restored;
    Fixed: prevent third party APIs from adding data incorrectly via MailPoets API.

    I’m wondering if this last point broke something on your plugin.

    I have the same problem. My last subscriber was added 2 September, but I didn’t realize it until now.

    Is anyone else having this problem?

    Hi, I’ve the same problem ! When my subscribers send the form of gravity forms they do not add to the list I created!

    Hi,

    We have tested our plugin with latest Mailpoet, Gravity Forms and WordPress. And the expected plugin features are working.

    **Note : Actually, the plugin subscribes a user to a unconfirmed subscriber status once the form is submitted and a email is sent to them to confirm their subscription. If the user clicks on the confirmation link sent to them via email, only then they are finally subscribed to the selected or pre-defined lists.

    Good to know, but after almost 4 months with no news I stopped using it.

    I’m glad you fixed it but I doubt I’ll ever use it again, too risky.

    We have released a new version of our plugin v1.1.5 today. Please update.

    This update these issues and adds compatibility with WordPress 5.1 and Mailpoet
    3.19.3.

    Hi,

    I’m trying the plugin again and I have the same problem.

    The subscribed remain as “not confirmed” and the double optin email does not arrive.

    I’m using the latest version of both plugins:
    Gravity Forms: 2.4.11
    Add-on Gravity Forms – Mailpoet 3: Versión 1.1.12

    and latest versión of WP, PHP…
    WordPress 5.2.2
    PHP 7.3
