Not adding tax on shipping options

    Just discovered today that tax is not being calculated for any shipping options except “local/pickup.” I deactivated the plug in and started using another USPS Live Rates by Octalize as I could get USPS Simple Shipping to work with the suggested trouble shooting by WooCommerce and WordPress. It has worked perfectly for months — and then suddenly not.??
