    HI!

    Firt the plugin couldn’t add user. So, i changed the API key as recommended and this was cleared. But when registering the confirmation e-mail is not sent and the registered e-mails don’t show up in madmimi’s special lead list.

    Hello there,

    Are you using Mad Mimi, or Mailchimp as your email marketing provider?

    If you’re using Mad Mimi, please make sure you have Mad Mimi Forms by Optin Cat installed, and not MailChimp Forms by Optin Cat.

    Our free plugins are built for a specific providers, but the premium versions have access to them all, if you use multiple for any reason.

    Let me know if that was the issue or if we can be of further assistance.

    The plugin is not working at all. I ll try to reinstall it. Yes i have Madmimi installed in my wp.

    I changed the API key as recommended once again and re-installed your plugin twice, but when registering: the thank you message does not show up, the confirmation e-mail is not sent and the registered e-mails don’t show up in madmimi’s chosen list.

    Yes, i have madmimi’s basic plugin installed.

    Hello there,

    Thank you, wanted to be sure, as we’re in the forum for the MailChimp Plugin. Sorry for any confusion.

    Please verify for me if you received a green checkmark after inputting your API key, and have a list selected.

    If so, what happens you click on the subscribe button? Are you getting any response (error messages, page refresh, ‘subscribing’ on the button)?

    We’d also like you to perform a basic check for conflicts to make sure none of your plugins or your theme is causing interference. If you find a conflict let us know what it was with and we’ll see if we can address it.

    To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except [Plugin] and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.

    Get back to me with these details and we’ll see what we can do. Also please include a link where we can inspect one of your forms.

    Beloved,

    I didn’t have the patience to go thru.
    The green message does not appear.
    The action stops when we press the button. Then the button shows a ‘v’ as everything went right. But no e-mail is sent. And also the data does not arrive in the list in madmimi.

    I uninstalled the plugin.
